Off – the lamp is inert, a flaccid bag that hangs over the lamp & holder.
On – the lamp starts to glow, the kicker here is the heat produced from the lamp inflates the bag and creates a large glowing ball. Similar to council night-works street lights.
Its a serious item but also a little bit of fun.
