This classic 70’s house in Melbourne’s inner east was a little tired but still retained its beautiful sweeping lines. We proposed some simple touches on a limited budget. The spaces were stripped out for new floors, painting and carpet with a slick new kitchen and three bathrooms. The works were staged to achieve a very tight four week build that needed to take place in-between two property settlements.
