The value of good design

Recently the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) instigated and are promoting a great brochure on the value of good design. It is worthy of a read. The question is, how do we let the public and commercial sectors know about this?

The compete document can be found here.

How would you like your architecture?

You may pick two.

I recently found graphic designer Colin Harman who has created these fantastic Venn diagrams for his profession (how would you like your graphic design?). I saw this as totally appropriate for our industry and asked if he could make a small change. He was more than happy and sent some of these posters for myself and a few colleagues. If you are keen to get your hands on one of these puppies then contact him through his website.

A big thank you to Phillip Cox for the temporary pavilion, I am sure he is looking forward to seeing the results.
