A small hotel development in inner city Melbourne. Chapel Street is a bustling shopping and hospitality precinct and major tourist draw-card. The proposal included a boutique hotel with restaurant at ground level and rooftop bar. The façade doubled as a heavy screen to protect the occupants and provide a sound barrier to the street. Sketch design.
