Steve Rose has worked in all architectural typologies over the last 20 years, placing him in an excellent position to deliver your desired brief. He has coordinated many teams and produced outstanding results encompassing wide-ranging client requirements.

As the firm’s principal, Steve is across all projects regardless of size, tracking them continuously to ensure they are built as expected. He leads a very capable, experienced team while also nurturing new talent.

He manages the architectural process through all stages and is always accessible, approachable and professional. He especially focuses on effective communications to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Steve maintains excellent relationships with a select number of consultants, builders, trades and suppliers. He can put forward the most appropriate team for your project to get the best possible outcome.

Steve actively contributes to the architectural community and continuously advocates for good design and good practice. He was the Victorian Representative of the Australian Architecture Association for several years and is dedicated to advancing contemporary design to the public.

He is also an active contributing member of the architecture community, having presented his work on a number of occasions to industry events including New Architects Melbourne and AIA Process talks. He is keen to discuss architecture and the direction of the industry at any opportunity.

Steve regularly contributes in the educational sphere as a guest design critic for senior student design studios at both The University of Melbourne and RMIT & as a tutor in professional practice courses at Monash University.
